You can easily rename your device or remove it by following these steps:
1. Choose the device you want to rename or remove it
2. Tap on the pencil icon in the upper right corner to see more device information
3. Rename your device by tapping the pencil icon again
4. If you want to remove the device, tap "Remove Device"
