1. What might prevent my game from being saved successfully?
- Misunderstanding about Save State and Save Slot
- Enabled Auto-Save State option, which results in the loss of the Save Slot.
- If your device is not compatible with the gaming library, using the Save State feature may result in the loss of the Save Slot.
If your game does not have a save feature, our app cannot help you save it. However, if you purchase our Sync plan, you can retrieve the saved files. Once you have bought the plan, you can sync and restore the saved files on any device.
Please note that without the Sync plan, we will not be able to retrieve the files for you.
2. Save State and Save Slot: The Differences
There are two ways to save your game: Save State and Save Slot.
- Save State: Save time when you close the game, as shown:
- Save Slot: save the slot games that you want, as shown:
3. How does the Auto-Save State feature affect your Saving process?
If you accidentally lose the "Save Slot" while gaming, please turn off the "Auto-Save State" feature in the "Settings" tab.
